Caves and Caverns – We have a number of caves in the area that are all very different.
Cosmic Cavern is a limestone cave located about 20 One brochure for the cave touts it as “Arkansas’ Most Beautifully Decorated Cave.” It is the “warmest” cave in the Ozarks, having a high humidity holding at a constant 64 °F year-round. Quite a few stairs and staircases to maneuver but the cave is really a nice one. Click here  to go to their website.
Home of the only lakeside cavern entrance in Arkansas, War Eagle Cavern is a must see if you are into caves and caverns. At about 30 minutes from The Woods Cabins, they are located half-way between Eureka Springs and Rogers, Arkansas. They are: stroller-accessible, pet friendly, and have limited handicap accessibility. Check them out HERE.  This one will have the most outside walking in case its raining 😉
Onyx cave is Arkansas’ oldest cave with a short walk and very few stairs involved. That’s after the 15 minute drive from your cabin… They also have Ax throwing pit and a SMASH room. Click HERE  to go to their Facebook page.
